Efficient, effective and very powerful; the formulation works rapidly to support the gastric system, with results that can be seen in as little as 7 days. Gastro VetPlus^® nutritionally supports healthy digestion and helps with the complete gastric system.

Gastro VetPlus^® supplies active nutrients, utilises Nitric Oxide precursors so the body is aware of what needs to be targeted. It works with the natural production of mucus in the lining of the gastric system, therefore acting as a liner and maintaining the stomach’s natural acidity levels. It does not interfere with the acid production required for healthy digestion in the hindgut.

Instructions for use

1 scoop (30ml) = 18g

Loading dose is recommended between 5 to 7 days. Competition horses loading dose is 10 days. For horses under veterinary treatment loading dose is recommended for 7-14 days before moving to the maintenance feeding rate.

Feeding rate for horses following veterinary treatment or to promote a healthy stomach environment is recommended for 10 days.

Mix with feed. Can be syringed by mixing with a little water to form a paste.

Loading dose feeding rate

Weight of Horse:

• Under 500kg: ¾ – 1 scoop twice a day
• 500kg – 600kg: 1 ½ – 1 ¾ scoops twice a day
• 600kg : 2 scoops twice a day

Maintenance feeding rate

Weight of Horse:

• Under 500kg: ¾ – 1 scoop a day
• 500kg – 600kg: 1½ – 1¾ scoops a day
• 600kg : 2 scoops once a day

How much do I need for a month’s supply after loading dose?

• Under 500kg: 30 Servings pouch
• 500kg – 600kg: 60 Servings pouch
• 600kg : 60 Servings pouch

Every horse is different. Minimum recommended time on the Gastro VetPlus is between 4 to 6 weeks.

Gastro VetPlus^® can also be used long term due to its nutritional values. It is ideal for older horses, poor doers and horses and ponies that lose condition at any time of year. Gastro VetPlus^® may also be fed to horses or ponies at times of increased stress, travelling, competition, change of yard or a change in hay or feed etc.

Gastro VetPlus^® can be fed to all horses during or following veterinary treatment to help towards a healthy stomach environment.
